Operations

We currently own an oil and natural gas gathering system in the Western Eagle Ford (the “Western Catarina Midstream system”), a 50% interest in a gathering system that connects to the Western Catarina Midstream system (the “Carnero Gathering Line”), a 50% interest in a cryogenic natural gas processing plant (the “Raptor Gas Processing Facility”), a 100% interest in a dry gas takeaway pipeline that connects to the Raptor Gas Processing Facility (the “Seco Pipeline”), and reversionary working interests and other production assets in Texas and Louisiana.

  • Plant capacity expected to increase to 260 MMcfe/d in Summer 2017

  • 50% owned and operated by Targa Resources Corp.

Seco Pipeline


  • Natural gas pipeline (currently under construction) that will transport dry gas from the Raptor Gas Processing Facility to multiple markets
